Interruption to water supply in South Kempsey this month

Necessary construction/maintenance works are required on the water supply system in South Kempsey. Repairs resulting in the interruption of the water service will take place on Wednesday 18 April, 2018 for approximately 7 hours, from 9am-4pm. Approximately 62 residences will be affected on Bloomfield Street, Albert Street, Taylor Street and Giddys Lane.

Customers are encouraged to store sufficient water to adequately provide for their requirements during this time.

When supply is restored following this work, residents may experience pressure fluctuations and/or water discolouration. If this is the case, residents are advised to allow a tap on their property to run for a minute or two until the water becomes clear.

Council Water Services regret any inconvenience caused during this time.
