Changed traffic conditions at South Kempsey

Changed traffic conditions will be in place during the construction of a new roundabout at the Lachlan Street/Middleton Street intersection in South Kempsey.

While the centre islands are being constructed, trucks and buses will not be able to make right hand turns to and from Middleton Street. Bus operators have been advised and signs will be installed directing trucks to use Yarravel or Nicholson Streets as alternative routes.

The new roundabout will make turning movements to and from Middleton Street easier particularly during the morning and afternoon peak traffic periods.

Please drive to the conditions. Thank you for your patience.

Visit www.kempsey.nsw.gov.au/works to stay up-to-date with the progression of the roundabout and other roadworks underway across the Shire.
