Business Confidence Survey and Visitor Satisfaction Survey banner

Business Confidence & Visitor Satisfaction surveys

Council is asking local business owners and visitors to the Macleay to share their thoughts and preferences for the future via two online surveys. The Business Confidence and Visitor Satisfaction surveys are designed to gather valuable feedback that will go on to inform Council’s Economic Development and Tourism Strategy.

The Business Confidence survey, open until Tuesday 30 April, will assist Council to better understand the needs and aspirations of our local business community and help prioritise activities to stimulate economic growth. The Visitor Satisfaction survey will test visitor perceptions of, and satisfaction with, their experiences visiting the Macleay Valley Coast, and closes Sunday 12 May 2019.

Both surveys are now open on Council’s community engagement website, Your Say Macleay. Visit https://yoursay.macleay.nsw.gov.au

Provide feedback on using Council’s website

As part of Council's ongoing improvement program and commitment to creating better customer experiences, we are reviewing our corporate website. The review will look at what information is currently available on the site, what should be there and how it should be arranged. Staff from across the organisation are working with a specialist consultant to look at the functionality of our website. Recommendations from this review will help Council deliver a more enjoyable, streamlined experience with increased functionality for users. Visit https://yoursay.macleay.nsw.gov.au/ksc-website-survey-1  to take the survey before it closes on Tuesday, 7 May 2019.
