Summer beach patrols

Beachgoers throughout the Macleay are reminded to swim between the flags and be aware of surf conditions as lifeguards begin patrols of local beaches during the NSW school holidays.

Survey: Bushfire impacts on small business

The NSW Small Business Commission is seeking to hear from small business owners in bushfire affected areas regarding the impact of the recent fires on their business.

Information provided will be shared with government agencies and other organisations and be instrumental in determining the level of recovery support provided.

Weekly works schedule

The next stage of Stuarts Point Foreshore works will start in early 2020.

The first stage of the redevelopment of Stuarts Point Foreshore has been completed in time for the Christmas holiday period.

Stage 1 works have included a sealed parking area, expanded riverfront picnic and barbecue area with new playground; new foreshore pathways and new lighting in the Public Reserve.

A new access road to the holiday park and new public carparking areas are 75 per cent complete with works continuing in early 2020.
