A family relief service which offers temporary care for disabled children or adults in the home of a host family. Respite care is a flexible program which is able to provide care from a few hours, to overnight care to a maximum of 3 weeks at any one time. A small reimbursement is usually payable for the service and interested people should be aware that there is a waiting list. |

This service distributes audiocassettes of the local newspaper to anyone who finds that their eyesight or physical condition prevents them from being able to read or manipulate a newspaper effectively.
