Hastings/Macleay Community Transport Service MERCEDES 12 SEATER BUSThis bus is provided by the Department of Ageing Disability and This is not a passenger service. The bus is made available to CONDITIONS OF USE: Bookings made at Macleay Community Care Options, Corner Forth and Yaelwood Streets, Kempsey. Phone 6562 6799, between 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Approximate time with pick up and return required at time of booking. The amount of .60c per kilometre (plus GST) will be charged (this includes cost of diesel). The log sheet must be completed correctly. An account will be sent to each approved organisation monthly. The bus may only be hired and driven by a volunteer driver who must have a minimum current LR1B licence. Licence must be sighted when key is collected. If the bus is involved in an accident it must be reported to the Police mmediately and phone Any traffic infringements/penalty incurred will be the responsibility/liability of the hirer/driver. The organisation intending to hire the bus must complete the form below and the appointed designated driver must produce his/her licence for photocopying before the keys to the bus are collected.
