Council is developing a Community Consultation Register.  The purpose of the register is to provide Council with a list of people from a good cross-section of the community that it can call on, if need be, to participate in focus group and other consultative opportunities.

If you register, it does not mean that you have to accept every invitation to participate in a focus group. You can accept or decline the opportunity depending on your availability at that time. The Community Consultation Register is simply about having a pool of people who are willing to be part of a focus group to provide information to Council on a given issue.

All you need to do to be included is fill in a registration form and return it to Council. The forms below can be submitted online or can be downloaded in pdf format by clicking on the appropriate image.
