PRESENTATION
An invitation has been extended to Superintendent Paul Fehon, Local Area Commander of Port Macquarie Police and the Crime Prevention Officer, Ms Jacqui Isbel to join Council in morning tea and then address Council on issues related to crime prevention and vandalism.

PRESENTATION
Mr Bob Higgins General Manager RTA and Mr Roger Fenner Project Manager, will attend lunch at 1.00 pm and address Council on the Pacific Highway Project when meeting resumes at around 1.45 pm.

This presentation is confidential on the basis that it involves commercial information of a confidential nature that would, if disclosed, confer a commercial advantage on a competitor of the council. (Local Government Act 1993, section 10A(2)(d)(ii))

On balance, the public interest in preserving the confidentiality of the commercial information outweighs the public interest in openness and transparency in council decision making by discussing the matter in open meeting.

At 12.00 noon a representative from MDI will be in attendance at Council for confidential discussions.
