Please note that this website may not show all the cats and dogs that are impounded, and you are welcome to visit the Pound facility located at Yarrabandinni Road, Frederickton, by appointment during business hours, Monday to Friday.

If you are the owner of a dog or cat on the above list, please come to Council's Customer First Centre to be provided with a release docket which is issued after payment of the required charges. The release docket is to be presented at the pound before your dog or cat can be released. Impounded animals may be released by appointment, during business hours, Monday to Friday. To make appointments or for further information and directions please phone the Customer First Centre on 02 6566 3200.

The road to the dog pound leads off from the northern roundabout of the Frederickton interchange.
