Kempsey Shire Toy Library is exactly what its name implies, a Library of Toys, primarily aimed at the younger members of Kempsey Shire Library. Though all members are catered for and are allowed to borrow from it. You may borrow up to two items per family. The Toy Library is situated in the Kempsey Library and has Toys, Games, Kid Fitness, Jigsaw's, Educational games and many other items for loan. Borrowing is free and limit's apply.
