  Many of the documents on this website are in PDF (Portable Document Format) and require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view.
     
  The easiest way to get an Acrobat reader is to download it directly from the Adobe website. Click the Acrobat Reader icon to get Adobe Acrobat Reader.
     
 

Every endeavour has been made to keep PDFs on this website under 600KB - however in some cases it has been unavoidable with larger documents.

Hot tip : If you are having difficulties viewing PDF files, we recommend you do the following:

  • Right click on the link to the PDF file and select "save target as".
  • This allows you to save the file to your local drive.
  • When the download is complete, you will be given the option to Open, Open Folder or Close.
  • Select "Open" to view the file or locate the file on your local drive and click to open and view.

If you are getting a message "file does not being with %PDF", hit okay and then click on the refresh button on your brower. If the file still does not open, we recommend you follow the steps listed above.

If you are still experiencing problems, you can download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat .
