The Draft Development Control Plan – South Kempsey Industrial Lands and Service Centre Site (DCP-SK) applies to land identified in Amendment 81 of Kempsey Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 1987 and provides provisions for the protection of environmentally sensitive land, the development of industrial land and includes an approved gravel quarry and a proposed service centre.
