From Monday 21 October, Council staff will be undertaking general tree maintenance on the Norfolk Island pine trees along Livingstone Street, South West Rocks. Works will continue on Tuesday 22 October.
Livingstone Street will be closed from 7:30am until 4:30pm on both days of the works. There will be no vehicle access to and along Livingstone Street during this period. School buses will still be able to make their routes and will not be impacted by these closures.
Please note that the car park across from the Heritage Cafe and the parallel parking in front of the Seabreeze Beach Hotel will also be closed. However, access to the Horseshoe Bay Reserve and the Holiday Park inclusive will remain open.
Traffic control will be in place whilst work is being carried out direct motorists and pedestrians.
To minimise impact to the community, Council has scheduled these works for after the Spring school holidays.
We thank you for your cooperation and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
