Integrated Planning and Reporting

The Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework requires Council to develop long term strategic plans for its community goals, and detail how it will resource, use assets and undertake capital works and other programs to achieve community strategic directions.

Community Strategic Plan

This was adopted in 2017 by Council and provides a ten year vision, goals and strategies for the community.

Delivery Program 2017-2021

This was adopted by Council in 2017 and provides a four year program to achieve the objectives and strategies during the term of Council.

Operating Plan 2019-2020

This was adopted by Council on 25 June 2019 and establishes the works program and budget for Council for the financial year. The plan is accompanied by a detailed Revenue Policy, Fees and Charges document, and 10 year Works Program 2019-29 which lists maintenance and renewal works according to the prioritised schedule.

Long Term Financial Plan

The Long Term Financial Plan is updated annually with the Operational Plan and provides detailed financial information on how Council plans to resource community strategies and objectives during the next ten years. It contains financial forecasts and modelling assumptions based on the latest economic and council data.
