DA tracking & Public Register

Kempsey Shire Council has updated its system to assess development applications (DAs) and improve the online tracker/register.

How you track applications will depend on when the application was lodged.

Applications lodged on or AFTER 15 June 2021

To find development applications lodged on or after 15 June 2021, you will need to use the Application Register tool.

Applications lodged on or BEFORE 15 June 2021

For applications lodged before 15 June 2021 click here to use the Development Application Public Register.
