Every year Council engages with the community in Community Catch-up meetings held in locations across Kempsey Shire.
At each meeting, Councillors and Council staff are available to discuss your community's needs and answer your questions about Council projects and planning.
You are invited to submit your questions and discussion points before each catch-up on the Your Say Macleay website.
Every Community Catch-up is widely promoted in the weeks leading up to the event, including on Council’s Facebook page.

The Community Catch-up program is an integral part of Council’s Communications Strategy. It allows instant, in-person engagement and relationship building between key decision makers and the community.
Linked to our online engagement platform, Your Say Macleay, and Council’s integrated planning and reporting process, the catch-ups are reported on and transparently inform Council decision making.
