Paying your rates or asking questions about a project in your town is easy, with Council’s Mobile Customer Service Desk regularly visiting towns and villages across the shire.
The service provides information and resources specific to individual towns and villages and can involve other Council staff, such as engagement or planning teams, to help you with issues in your area.
The Mobile Service Desk runs from 10am to 2pm on Wednesdays.
Council will promote upcoming dates and locations when the service resumes.
