Mobile Service Desk

Paying your rates or asking questions about a project in your town is easy, with Council’s Mobile Customer Service Desk visiting towns and villages across the shire every week.

The service provides information and resources specific to individual towns and villages and has the capacity to involve other Council staff, such as engagement or planning teams, to help you with issues relevant to your area.

The Mobile Service Desk runs from 10am to 2pm on Wednesdays.
