Meetings, forums & catch-ups
Ordinary Council meetings are usually held on the third Tuesday of every month at 9am in the Council Chambers, Civic Centre, corner Elbow and Tozer Streets, West Kempsey.
Matters to be considered by Council must be submitted to the General Manager at least 10 days before the meeting date.
You can see a copy of Council’s meeting agenda:

- at Council's Customer Service Centre or the Kempsey Library from the Friday before the meeting.
Members of the public are invited to attend Council meetings and, with the Mayor’s prior approval, may address Council in the public forum session on specific topics.
If you wish to address Council, go to Apply to speak at a public forum. You can also have your say at our Community catch-ups.
