The "Habitat of the Heart" Exhibition takes center stage at the Nulla Nulla Gallery within the Slim Dusty Centre from 3 February to 31 March.
The gallery welcomes patrons to immerse themselves in the captivating world created by seven exceptionally talented female artists from the mid-north coast region.
Jill Cairns, Carly Marchment, Julie Shea, Melanie Webb, Myffie Coady, Robyn Jackson, and Urshula Clark-Jacky, the visionary artists behind this collective exhibition, unite in their shared passion for our natural earth.
Through their diverse works, the exhibition masterfully intertwines the beating heart of humanity with the soulful essence of nature.
The visual narratives on display serve as a poignant reminder of the link between the human heart and the habitat that cradles it.
Each stroke of the brush, and the vibrant play of colours, show each artists' unique understanding of the connectedness essential for both hearts and habitats to thrive.
The "Habitat of the Heart" Exhibition not only celebrates the creative spirit but also emphasizes the urgency of recognizing our responsibility towards the environment.
As visitors move through the exhibition, they are invited to contemplate the delicate dance between the human heart and the natural world - a dance echoed in the beautiful compositions of these talented artists.
There will be a special opening event for this exhibition on Saturday 3 February from 10:30am to 11:30am.
Attendees will have an opportunity during the opening event to engage with the artists, gaining insights into the inspiration behind their works and the stories each piece tells.
