2024 Youth Laneway Festival

To celebrate Youth Week 2024, the Macleay Youth Laneway festival is back on Saturday 13 April 2024 from 2pm - 6pm as part of our local celebrations for Youth Week NSW.

We are seeking youth entrepreneurs, business owners and performers aged 12-25, who wish to register to have a free stall and sell their products/services at the laneway festival.

Youth artists Full

PAID opportunities for youth artists are now full. Thank you to the artists who will be joining us to share their talents, entertain and express themselves at the Youth Laneway Festival 2024.

However, any youth artists who have missed out this round, to please feel free to reach out on aisha.spokes@kempsey.nsw.gov.au to register interest for future opportunities.

Stall holders wanted

Please note that stall holders will have until Sunday, 7 April to submit registration. 

Are you a talented maker, artist, creative or budding entrepreneur? Showcase your wares and grab a free stall at the Youth Laneway Festival.

Stall types can include (but are not limited to):

  • Handcrafted & upcycled products
  • Jewellery
  • Fashion
  • Toys
  • Pet products
  • Accessories
  • Plants
  • Candles and soaps
  • Sensory products and fidgets
  • Greeting cards and stationery
  • Pottery and crafts
  • Much more

Stalls are FREE for youth. No site fees. Stall holders under 18 must have a parent, guardian or carer in attendance to support them on the day. Sites are space only; you will need to supply your own display and equipment.

What you will need for the day:

  • Table (incl table clothes, display stands etc.) that you will need to display your goods
  • Products you want to sell
  • Provide and manage their own cash float for sales (and/or portable EFT payment device)
  • Always have a responsible adult present while you are at the markets
  • Arrive by 1pm to set up in time
  • If you have a marquee, you may need to bring this – this will be confirmed closer to the day based on site layout. If you don’t have a marquee, we will set you up some where you don’t need one.

NOTE: If you are interested but need some support with display equipment etc. please reach out to discuss.
