Estimated water meter readings included in some rates notices

As you receive your first rates notice for the 2025/26 financial year, you may notice that your water usage charge has been estimated. This is because flooding and severe weather resulted in unavoidable delays to complete scheduled water meter readings. This estimate is based on previous usage data for your property. 

If your property has an estimated water usage read, it will have a Y like below.

We remain committed to accurate billing and will ensure any discrepancies are corrected during the next scheduled meter reading, which will occur with the second instalment of your 2025/26 rates notice.
