Gladstone has received a grant to purchase an electrical fit out for bandstand to be used during the Gladstone Quality Markets.
The Community Grants Program provided a grant of $4,500 that allowed the addition of an electrical fit out for the bandstand.
The Gladstone Quality Markets takes place on the third Sunday of each month along the banks of the Macleay River on Kinchela Street, Gladstone. The market hosts a variety of high-quality goods, such as fresh produce, ceramics and art. The addition of an electrical fit out within the bandstand will aid in diversifying the amount of activities available during the market.
