South Kempsey Park Master Plan

Summary
The plan outlines a vision for a multipurpose sporting and community precinct, including upgrades to drainage, parking and recreational facilities.

Funding
Development of the master plan was funded by Council.
Timeline
February 2024
Initial meetings were held with user groups to discuss potential improvements to the sporting site.
Drafting of the plan commenced in consultation with these groups.
September – October 2024
The draft plans were placed on public exhibition via Your Say Macleay to invite broader community feedback.
Community submissions were reviewed and, where appropriate, incorporated into the final plans.
December 2024
The final plan was presented to Council and formally adopted at the December Council Meeting.
