Operational Plan

Council’s Annual Operational Plan(PDF, 789KB) is a detailed, year-by-year action plan that supports the broader commitments outlined in the four year Delivery Program. It sets out the specific projects, activities, and budget allocations Council will undertake over the financial year to help deliver on the community’s long-term goals.

The Operational Plan includes measurable performance indicators and is adopted annually, ensuring Council remains responsive to current priorities and emerging needs.

Supporting documents such as the Resourcing Strategy, Revenue Policy, Rates Maps, and Fees and Charges schedule provide the financial and policy context that underpins the Operational Plan, ensuring transparency and accountability in how Council resources are managed, and services are delivered.
