Council has a number of key corporate strategic plans which guide the current and future direction of our shire. These plans are developed and managed in accordance with the NSW Governments Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework.

Community Strategic Plan

Adopted by Council on 20 May 2025, the Community Strategic Plan sets out our community’s vision for the future, our long-term goals, strategies to get there and how we'll measure progress towards that vision.

Community Engagement and Participation Strategy

Council’s Community Engagement and Participation Strategy, updated and adopted in May 2025, outlines how we involve our community in shaping the decisions, plans, and services that affect them.

Delivery Program

The Delivery Program was adopted by Council in 2022 and provides a four-year program of objectives and strategies for the term of Council.

Workforce Management Plan

Council’s Workforce Management Plan (WFMP) is a key part of the Resourcing Strategy under the Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) framework.

Strategic Asset Management Plan

Council’s Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) is a vital part of the Resourcing Strategy under the Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) framework.

Long Term Financial Plan

Council’s Annual Operational Plan is a detailed, year-by-year action plan that supports the broader commitments outlined in the four year Delivery Program

Rates Map

Council’s Rates Map visually represent how rates are applied across different properties and land categories within the local government area.

Revenue Policy

Council’s Revenue Policy outlines how we raise the income needed to fund the services, infrastructure, and programs we deliver to the community. It forms part of the Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) framework.

Council’s Fees and Charges schedule outlines the costs associated with the services, programs, and facilities we provide to the community.
