Revenue Policy

Council’s Revenue Policy (PDF, 522KB) outlines how we raise the income needed to fund the services, infrastructure, and programs we deliver to the community. It forms part of the Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) framework.

The Revenue Policy sets out Council’s approach to rates, annual charges, fees, and pricing policies, supports the delivery of the Operational Plan and is closely linked to other key documents such as the Rates Maps, Long-Term Financial Plan and Fees and Charges.

The Revenue Policy is reviewed and updated annually to reflect changes in service delivery, economic conditions, and strategic priorities.
